The Browse CAPA Log menu provides two options:

1.By Auditor / MR View Level, shows all CAPAs for all users/groups and requires a "supervisor" login or the appropriate access rights applied to a specific login.

2.By Work Group, shows all CAPAs for the Current Work Group (CWG code) as set by the users login rights.

The CAPA table may be viewed according to the following sort orders:

1.By CAPA Id

2.By CWG (Current Work Group)

3.By Due Date

4.By CAPA Process or Department

5.By CAPA Type

6.By Status & Due Date

7.By Preventive Action Classification

8.By Author (originator) & Created Date

9.By Assigned & Due Date

10.By Verifier & Due Date
