User Tip: Use the Copy for Batch button to create batch record representatives for bulk entry of delivery records. For example, it is determine through an external method that 100 shipments are on-time and 20 are late, which creates a 10 to 2 ration of on-time records to late records. Therefore, create 1 on-time record and then copy the representation 9 more times as opposed to entering 100 records. Also, enter two records that are late to represent the batch of twenty records that are late.
