Construct RTF Documents

Main menu > Doc Control > Construct RTF Document

Documents that are identified in the Document Control Index may also be constructed directly inside QMSCAPA using the Rich Text Formatted (RTF) Text Editor.

•A Document Control Index Record must be created before an RTF Document Section can be ADDED.

In the image below:

A.Commonly used document header information in the Document Control Index record may be merged into the RTF text document.

B.Also, commonly used document foot information may be merged into the RTF text document.
