Copying Training Programs

Job Title Browse Table and Form with Required Training Programs

1)First, select a Job Title record to copy with pre-loaded Training Programs. This record could be another Job Title that is in use or a record prepared as a template for the require training programs. Record #14 is shown in the example image.

2)Next, click the [ Copy button ]

3)The Training Programs that appear in tab 2) Require Training will be copied into a new record.

1)In the imagine below a copy of Record #14 appears in the Job Title table as Record #18.

2)Edit the Job Title field in the newly created record #18.

4)The Training Programs that appear in tab 2) Require Training are copied from the Job Title record #14.
