A) The CS/OTD (1) button prints the Customer Satisfaction (CS) and On-time Delivery report for one customer according to the Customer Id# entered or selected by the highlight bar. B) The CS/OTD (all) button prints the CS/OTD report for all customers that have CS/OTD records entered. In this report each new customer record begins on a new page, which allows all CS/OTD records to be printed at once. C) The CS/OTD List button prints the CS/OTD report for all customers that have CS/OTD records entered. In this report one or more customer records may appear on the same page.
