On-time delivery is calculated by two mutually exclusive formulas.
1)The Ship by Date is subtracted from the Actual Ship Date. a)SBD vs. ASD field records the variance as a minus value, zero or a positive value. b)A minus value means the delivery was early by a variable quantity of days. c)A zero indicates the delivery was on-time. d)A positive number indicates the delivery was late by a variable quantity of days. 2)The Customer Due Date is subtracted from the Actual Received Date. a)CDD vs. ARD field records the variance as a minus value, zero or a positive value. b)A minus value means the delivery was early by a variable quantity of days. c)A zero indicates the delivery was on-time. d)A positive number indicates the delivery was late by a variable quantity of days. e)The Actual Received Date is estimated by using the Customer Due Date and the results are not calculated until the Actual Received Date can be verified by checking the Verified Actual Delivery Date.
