❖Tab 1) Product and/or Services Name Form - Update form for Product Items and Services. ❖Tab 2) Input Materials - Contains a browse table of chemicals and, or materials used in the product or to make or package the product.  Tab 2) Input Materials (A) The Chemical Browse Table may contain one or more records for chemicals and, or materials that are related to a Product Item. (B) The Tally section shows: 1.Chemical related records. 2.Total percent of the chemical/material that make-up the product item. 3.Percent of the chemical/material used in or contained in the product item. 4.Percent of the chemical/material that may be re-used again to make other product items. 5.Percent of the chemical/material that may be recycled. 6.Percent of the chemical/material that is waste.
