Risk Treatment Plan Browse Table

In the browse table image below:

1)Tab 1) orders the table by the Treatment Plan name;

2)Tab 2) orders the by the Treatment Plan Record Id;

3)Use the Copy Plan button to create a new or modified Treatment Plan;

4)The print option button Treatment Plan (Selected) starts a report of the Treatment Plan record that is highlighted;

5)The print option button Treatment Plans (All) starts a report of all Treatment Plans.

Risk Treatment Plan Form

In the Form image below:

1)The name field is the user-defined Treatment Plan name;

2)Description of the Treatment Plan;

3)The Document Id is related and linked to the Documents listed in the Document Control Index (DCI);

4)The Document Title is automatically populated by the Document Id in the DCI;

5)The Document Comments may pulled into the form from the DCI if the checkbox [√] Copy Document Comments from DCI to the Plan Description above is checked.
