F7 = Spell Check

*Spell Check is available on many of the window forms that contain text fields:

1)Click inside the text field and then press the 'F7 key';

2)The 'F7 key' will open the spelling suggestions window with options to Ignore, Change, Add, Ignore All, Change All and/or Cancel. Optionally a word can be typed directly into the [Replace with] field.

*Spell Check requires Microsoft Office installed on the client computer.
