CAPA Status refers to the current and, or last known status of the Corrective or Preventive Action, or Customer Complaint.
With regard to Management Review and making the Management System more effective record the following information:
1.Who completed the corrective or preventive action?
2.Date corrective or preventive action was completed?
3.Who verified the effectiveness of the corrective or preventive action?
5.Who completed the Management Review of the corrective or preventive action and proof of effectiveness?
6.Date Management Review was completed?
Guidance for Corrective & Preventive Action Status
•If corrective actions have been COMPLETED but not VERIFIED change the STATUS to PENDING VERIFICATION.
•If corrective actions have been VERIFIED but not REVIEWED by top management then change the STATUS to PENDING MGT REVIEW.
•Once MGT REVIEW has been completed then change the STATUS to COMPLETED.
