1) Customer Location and Contract Information tab

A.The Customer may be identified with a unique 'Record Name', and Account Number and Company Name.

B.The Customer Type is intended to provide a method for classifying customers into groups.

C.The 'Bill To' City, State and Zip Code fields may be automatically formatted on the address line 3 or on line 4 by clicking on the Format Bill to button.

D.Click on the Copy to Ship to button to copy the Bill to Address fields to the Ship to Address fields.

E.The 'ShipTo' City, State and Zip Code fields may be automatically formatted on the address line 3 or on line 4 by clicking on the Format Ship to button.

F.The 2) Surveys tab contains the results of recorded customer satisfaction surveys.

A.The Comment field is intended for information about Customer Satisfaction Surveys in progress.

B.Select Quality Targets from the Quality Targets Table

C.Click on the Add Survey button to add a Survey for the current customer record.
