The Print the Heading check box option provides a method to print the Heading Text. Otherwise segment, section and paragraph headings may be put in the TEXT field with RICH TEXT attributes for font, size and color.

 

Alternately, the segment, section and paragraph headings may be added to the HEADING FOR TEXT field.
